Welder/Fabricator Temp to Perm

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding various metal components to create finished products. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in power tools, hand tools, and sheet metal fabrication. Responsibilities:
– Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
– Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components
– Fabricate and weld metal parts using various welding techniques (MIG welding)
– Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
– Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
– Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
– Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding
– Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
– Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
– Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
– Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
– Experience with stick welding is preferred
– Mechanical knowledge is a plus
