Overview
We are looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution site in Padiham. This is a hands-on role with consistent hours and opportunities for long-term work.

Shift Pattern:

  • Shifts – 10:00am until 18:00 until trained, then 12:00pm until 20:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, load, and unload orders
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Follow health & safety procedures
  • Meet daily productivity targets

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience is a plus but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
