Machine Operator

My client based in Altham, Accrington is looking for a number of Operatives to join there team of Machine Operatives and Assembly workers in a heavy duty mechanical setting.

Duties would include:

• Assembling heavy tools required for machine use
• Operating machinery
• Loading and unloading heavy items onto production lines
• Working to targets
• Reading mechanical drawings

Ideally the right candidate would be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads without issue and come from a mechanical background.

There are currently vacancies on a 6-2 shift and a 2-10 shift and the pay rate includes a shift allowance.
