Key elements of this role includes: Leading a team of Business Support Administrators to deliver exceptional service to our Child Protection, Children Looked After and Allegation Management practitioners. Being a ‘super user’ of the systems we use in order to champion increased usage and better working practices Being part of a team, sharing ideas and best practices across the service, including modelling behaviours in line with Swindon Borough Council’s behaviour policy. Being part of a continuous improvement forum, working to identify and implement process and behaviour change and driving forward key elements of the Swindon Programme, such as making better use of available and emerging technology.
